Neon UV Glow Blacklight 3D Fabric Paint

Pre-wash garment with no fabric softener. Apply the fabric paint by simply painting onto your chosen fabric and allow to dry for 24 hours. Alternatively you can set the fabric paint with a heat source such as an iron or hairdryer by applying heat to the reverse side of the fabric. Let dry for 24 hours. Can be washed after 72 hours (turn fabric inside out). Until dry the fabric paint can be removed using soap and warm water.
